Bone Diggers premieres next week on NOVA

In Bone Diggers, NOVA takes viewers to the stark Australian outback in search of the elusive bones of one of the world's most bizarre prehistoric creatures--a giant predatory marsupial called Thylacoleo. Some of Australia's leading paleontologists endure extreme weather, treacherous drops into a deep cavern, and the threat of fossil poachers as they launch a daring expedition to find the rare megabeast.

"Bone Diggers" will premiere Tuesday, June 19 at 8:00 pm on most PBS stations. Check your local listings to confirm when it will be broadcast near you:
